Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund window for digital purchases. This means you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund, provided the digital materials have not been accessed, downloaded, opened, or otherwise used.

Because our courses are delivered as digital content, once access is granted—such as when a download link is used, a file is opened, or materials are otherwise made available—the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable U.S. law or as described below.

To be eligible for a refund, the digital materials must remain unused and unaccessed in the same condition as at the time of purchase. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, including the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Refund Request Process

As these are digital materials, no physical return is required, and we do not accept physical shipments.

In some cases, to review the request properly, we may ask for additional details such as:

  • the order ID
  • confirmation that files have not been accessed
  • basic device or access-related information (only if a technical issue is reported)

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will confirm the refund and, where applicable, revoke access to the digital materials.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damages and Access Issues

Please review your digital materials promptly after purchase. If you experience issues such as inaccessible files, corrupted downloads, incomplete content, or incorrect materials, contact us as soon as possible.

In most cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • re-issuing access or download links
  • providing corrected or replacement files
  • offering alternative formats if available

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered where appropriate and in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Digital Items

Refunds are not available for the following digital items once access or use has occurred:

  • downloadable digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded
  • digital content that has been opened, streamed, or otherwise used
  • personalized or custom digital content once delivered
  • subscription-based digital services after activation of the current billing period

Exchanges

As these are digital materials, exchanges are generally not available.
If you purchased the wrong item, you may request a refund before accessing the materials (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

If a file-related issue occurs, we will prioritize resolving or replacing the material rather than issuing an exchange.

Notice for U.S. Customers

Under U.S. consumer protection standards, digital goods may become non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or used. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refund Confirmation

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at Numokas@outlook.com.
